New for 2009 Gower Bungalow has been recently completely refurbished to provide visitors with high quality and comfortable holiday accommodation. It comprises of two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with bunk beds. The open plan fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, has spacious sitting area with a large black leather corner unit, this room leads via internal glass panelled French doors into the conservatory, which is furnished with dining table and four chairs. the view from here is of the mumbles hill. The wet room contains a shower, toilet and sink.
To the front of the bungalow is a small garden and parking area, to the rear are two separate patio areas both are furnished and accesses via the French doors from the conservatory. Heating and other electrical services are maintained via a coin meter set at standard unit costs.
The overall standard of the bungalow is very high; it is clean, modern and comfortable. The beds are ready made up, and hand towels and tea towels are provided.
Set in a small mews there is no through traffic, and the area is peaceful and quiet. The distance from the front door to the start of the Gower coastal path is approximately 100 yards, it is less than a mile to the charming and lively village of Mumbles, which has a number of excellent restaurants and bars, as well as ice-cream parlours and cafes. There is a thriving sea leisure industry built around the pier where boat and fishing trips can be had. Swansea city is approximately 2 miles further on.
